Money Collection Report
This is the form that you use when you have collected money in your capacity as a party member or for party purposes. The purpose is to hold individuals accountable when they handle funds.
It should be filled out each time someone collects money, like collecting membership fees at a unit meeting (for example). Some units may collect their own contributions to support their own projects or initiatives. In the event that 2 different persons collect money in the same meeting (for example, one collecting membership fees and one collecting unit contributions), those 2 persons must fill out this form separately.
